Our moulding system takes advantage of the latest sand technology available to reduce the impact on the environment while still enabling some of the older skills to be used on specialist projects.
All castings are manufactured from various sand moulding processes which are carefully selected taking into consideration the quantity, material, size and application of the final component. Both box and boxless moulding methods are frequently used with a wide range of boxes held in stock.
We are normally able to work from existing patterns but also offer a complete pattern making service if required.
